A list of the current rates appear below.  Peak period rates apply during Queensland School Holidays, Easter and Christmas.  Linen can be hired at a cost of $10.00 per bed.

Booking and cancellation policies

Booking Policy

It is the policy of the Woodgate Beach Tourist Park to accept forward bookings.  Please note minimum seven (7) day bookings are required during all Queensland School Holiday periods.  Upon receipt of the requested deposit a guarantee of site/accommodation will be held exclusively for you for a period of 24 hours from 10.00 am (sites) or 1.00pm (villas/cabins) on the arrival date.  The balance of the booking is to be paid on arrival.  If payment has been made by cheque the receipt is issued subject to such cheque being cleared.  A fee is imposed for dishonoured or re-presented cheques.

Failure to Notify of Cancellation

If you do not notify Woodgate Beach Tourist Park of your cancellation in writing, or if you do not arrive by 10.00am on the day after your scheduled arrival date your booking will be cancelled without refund to you.

Off Peak

By paying a deposit equal to 1 night’s accommodation your reservation is ensured for the first night.  Deposits must be received no later than seven (7) days after your booking has been accepted otherwise your booking will be cancelled.  Deposits (less a $30.00 booking fee) will be refunded if the Park is notified in writing of your cancellation seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  If notice of your cancellation is received after this period all deposit money is forfeited.  

Peak – Queensland School Holidays/Easter/Christmas

During peak season a security deposit of $100.00 is required for villas/cabins and $50.00 for powered/unpowered sites.  Your deposit is only refundable (less a $30.00 booking fee) if you notify the Park in writing of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.   If less than 30 days notice received, your deposit is forfeited.  

Strictly no refund for early departures.  Management reserves the right to change allocated site/s.  Prices and policies subject to change without notice.
